Seeding:

The teams have to be registered by their National Volleyball Federation using the registration form 'U18/20 Championships'

The form has to be sent either to mel@mevza.org as well as to organizer mail.

Competition format:

Main Draw: Group system (2 groups with 4 teams, semi-finals, finals and match for third place)

Teams main draw:

7 teams directly qualified (1 team per country):

• 1 team host country CZE
• 6 teams of AUT, CRO, HUN, ISR, SVK , SLO  / 1 team per country per category

Max. 1 Wild Card – will be decide by host country federation

Any free spot in Main Draw will be filled by host country teams - CZE

Delegation:

1 official per 2 teams

Accreditation:

Organizers will provide all Organizing Committee members, Officials, referees, players, coaches, physiotherapists, VIP’s, journalists, technical staff, court personnel, volunteers, etc. with official accreditation cards and will ensure that only those people will access the designated venue areas.

Shuttle:

Free for players during competition from organizer provided by MEVZA PRAHA partner Mercedes - Benz

Officials & Player’s hotel:

Sports equipment - jerseys:

Obligation for participants / National federation of participants

Travel Costs:

Each team bears its own return travel expenses to the official competition venue.

The Organizing National Federation must provide and bear the costs for the transport of the visiting teams from the nearest airport to the official competition venue as well as a local transportation.

Food & Lodging:

Each Federation shall pay 50% of the “unique fee” to the organizing National Federation for each member of its delegation (max. 3 persons per team):

• € 50.- for 2 nights/3 daysfull board per person

MEVZA will cover the remaining 50%, paid directly to the organizer
